Healing on the Streets

Healing on the Streets is an initiative God has given to his church to bring the Kingdom right into the middle of the life of our towns just at a time when society at large is rejecting it’s Christian heritage and pushing faith to the margins.

Healing on the Streets now happens on a regular basis in over 70 towns and cities in the UK and many more in other countries. Passers-by are given the chance to be prayed for for healing and other needs right in the centre of their communities.

In the case of Leigh, Hope4Leigh runs Healing on the Streets in Bradshawgate every Saturday come rain or shine from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The healing model we use is completely centred on Jesus and on the Kingdom and is designed to be non-threatening and non-embarrassing!
